Who is Russell Greeneberry?

Russell can carry more than Clara, Wade or Nellie, but his 85 Health does not make him a front-line tank. The stealth and dodge bonuses are valuable because avoiding a costly encounter protects the haul he is built to collect.
Practical build direction
Use Russell for planned mining loops with a known extraction route. Favor mining efficiency, pack management and enough melee reliability to survive an interrupted dig. Extra capacity should hold profitable supplies and loot, not encourage an expedition to stay out after its safe exit window has closed.
