What do the official rules actually promise?
The current Terms describe the main game as free and Prospecting Mode as an optional paid layer. The same thread reports server errors, lost attempts, confusion about cost and disagreement over whether the buried-gold layer feels skill-based or chance-like. A later commenter said many 500 errors appeared resolved. The Drastik Measure published a hands-on review on August 12, 2026 and scored the game 5.4/10. It praised the visual style, music and quick onboarding, while criticizing pathfinding, potentially repetitive play and the feeling that paid systems may be needed for the full experience. The reviewer also warned against treating the uncertain payout as income.
That is more useful than a testimonial because it discusses controls, map movement, tools, currencies and faults. It is still one review, so its score should not be mistaken for a broad critical consensus.
Which claims remain developer marketing?
